We currently offer nationwide delivery across South Africa for all product categories, including:
Baby & Toys, Camping, Household, Furniture, Fitness & Sports, Kitchen & Home, Health Devices, and more.

  • Standard Delivery (Major Cities): 2–5 business days

  • Rural or Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be displayed on our website when available.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress until it reaches you.

Delivery times may vary depending on your area and courier availability.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging to transfigurebodycare@gmail.com.

  • We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


7. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information.

  2. Contact the courier directly.

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, email transfigurebodycare@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
