1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended

Requirements:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and parts if applicable


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or functional reasons:

  • Baby & Toys: Opened or used items

  • Health Devices: Opened medical or personal-use devices

  • Fitness & Sports: Used or assembled equipment

  • Kitchen & Home: Opened items that contact food

  • Furniture: Assembled or custom-made furniture

  • All Sale/Discount Items: Final sale


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email transfigurebodycare@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the product and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.


4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • We’ll provide instructions for returning the product

  • Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)

  • Use a trackable courier to ensure safe delivery


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received after 10 business days:
