Overview
At Transfigure Online, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy explains how and when we ship your orders, our delivery timeframes, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delivery Timeframes
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Major centres: 2–4 business days
- Regional & outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, load shedding, weather, or incorrect delivery details.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the delivery method selected. Any applicable shipping fee will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us and we will assist.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier. Report the issue by:

Where possible, please include clear photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can resolve your claim quickly.
